I just wanna say this: There are many bands out there who play for free, in other words they
pay to play. They seem to be happy to do so...Personally i think anyone should do whatever
they think is right for their band. Now, I don't wanna sound like a fucking snob but unless we
get payed fair we won't play any-fucking-where, I don't care if anyone other band plays for free,
that's their own choice. It's all cool to play with big bands and all that shit, but they make the
money and pay no attention to the opening acts, it's all business and as far as I am concerned
I'm not playing that game, you fucking pay us or fuck off. So don't even bother unless you have
a fucking decent offer. what's the point of playing and pay from your own fucking pocket ? I
mean yeah, metal it's all about fun but you still need money to run a band properly and we all
have bills to pay. Take care and fucking read this before asking!!!

New Album rechedule release

New album will be released later than expected...so hang on tight. At this point i'm not really sure of any specific release dates, as i'm also waiting on other poeple in order to put all the finishing touches to the album. I of course hope that's worth the wait for you all. What i will and can do for now is to keep you all updated and as soon as i have more updates or news. Cheers for all your support FOKAS. :)

1-What's up Nuno ,i know that the last vocalist quit the band ,tell me about the current line-up
and how did adrenicide come together in the actual days?

Hi. Neil was fired in June 2010 unfortunately. It wasn't an easy decision for me to make, we
were friends above all, but he failed to realise that a band is also a business. And after a 1000
warnings to get his shit together, he left me with no other choice but to kick him out. There's
also a lot more to it than just that, but i would have to go into an infinite conversation... All i
can say is that the band's better without the troubles that came with him being in Adrenicide.
I wish him all the best of course. The line up at present is: Nuno Evaristo - Guitars/Vocals and
Stefan Cabanus - Drums. We still auditioning bass players at the moment. We should be back
on the road very soon.

2-How would you describe the sound of Adrenicide to someone who has never heard it?

I been asked that question many, many times and my answer is always the same one. We
play metal, thrash, whatever. Heavy fast music if you want. The best thing a band can do
in my opinion, is to let the fans make up their minds. If they like what we do... cool, if they
don't like it, well that's cool to. The one thing i can say is that if you come to see us play
live you will have a lot of fun for sure... You won't regret it. I think we have so many different
influences (or at least i have). When i write a song i never think of a style or anything. What
you hear on the albums is what comes out, i never force it into a particular sound or style.
It's just how i write music. The music i write is the music i like to hear, if somehow it sounds
like anyone else, i couldn't care less. If a song sounds good, that's enough for me.

3-Now that you're on vocals, Is it Difficult to play and sing at the same time?

I didn't want to sing believe it or not. In fact i always said i wouldn't sing in this band ever. But
with Neil departure and the lack of musicians in our area, i was kind of forced into it. At first
i totally hated my vocals but with time i became more confident with my vocal efforts. I'm still
not sure if we'll have a new singer at some point in the future, but for now I'll leave things just
the way they are. Yeah it was a bit hard to play and sing some of the songs, and at some
point i thought i was never gonna be able to play and sing at all. But with a lot of practise it
became easier every day. There are still songs i fucking struggle to play live. Haha. I always
fought with Neil about lots of shit... lyrics and song writing being some of the reasons. The fans
will have to get used to the new sound and hopefully they'll like it. In my opinion Adrenicide as
a band just seems to work better as it is. The fans so far seem to be OK with the fact that I've
taken over the vocal duties, so I'll just leave at that. Yeah, the whole band sounds a bit different
with me on vocals, but that doesn't mean it sounds worst. It's just a different heavier Adrenicide
i guess.

4-What kind of music do you listen in your free time ?

Anything from UDO, Kiss, W.A.S.P to Saxon, Xentrix, Sodom, Destruction, Tyrant, Pollution,
Maiden, D.R.I. etc, etc...to many to mention. Mainly 80's and early '90's death metal. Some of
the newer thrash bands are fucking amazing to, like Deathraiser from Brazil, Blood Sweat And
Beer, Genetic Mutation, Fog Of War, Merciless Death, Hatchet and Eternal Nightmare from
Peru. I also listen to some bossa nova like Toquinho and Vinicious De Morais.

5-Do you think that Thrash metal was dead?

I honestly never thought that for a minute, I've always been into thrash and metal in general.
But yes it was hard in the late 90's with all the fucking nu-metal shit and System Of A Down's
fuckin' crap, Disturbed and Limp Whatever. I fuckin' hate those bands really bad, plus all they
fuckin' do is screaming so hard you can't even hear what they are saying. I'm just glad that it
all got back on track. Thrash metal at the moment is where it deserves to be. But i think that
thrash never died and won't never die...ever! Not to me. It just went dormant for a while back
in the mid 90's, sure.

6-What do these bands mean to you : D.R.I.-Agnostic Front-Anthrax-S.O.D.-Nuclear Assault,
are they the main influences of Adrenicide ?

A lot of people say that, but it was never intentional, Adrenicide's sound just happen by chance.
I write songs the way i feel and that's how they happen to sound. Neil voice of course enforced
that even further 'cos his voice did sound a lot like D.R.I... however if you listen to the new
songs you will hear a completely different Adrenicide, not musically essentially but vocally for
sure. The new album sounds far more aggressive, less crossover. That's of course my opinion,
I'll let the fans have their say. I think people should stop labelling bands and just listen to the
songs. If it's a good song, it's good. That alone should be enough. What I have to say to all
those reviewers out there is: stop fucking comparing bands to one another, and just enjoy
the fucking music, the songs...

7-How can you define Mosh Pit and headbanging in your own words ?

It's the best things when you playing live and the fans stage dive and you see a fuckin'
massive mosh pit right in front of you. A feeling hard to describe. I hate when the fans just
stand in there doing nothing. But i have so say that sometimes i go see a band and i just stand
there looking at what every single note they are playing. When you are in the mosh pit you
can't see shit. Haha!!!

8-You do have a kick ass cover albums ,tell me about the artist who draws the album covers.

I got used to our album covers by now, but if I'm honest with you i was never really that happy
with any of our album covers up until "WAR BEGS NO MERCY". But i guess it's just me,
everybody seems to love them. Haha! My favourite album cover is "POWER SHIFT" and it was
done by a British artist chosen by our label Denim & Leather records. The artists are just
random guys we find on the net. "Natural Born Thrashers" and "Kill" was done by Bledart from
Indonesia, (but i wouldn't recommend them to no one, they are a fucking pain in the ass!)
"Raging Full On" was an American guy by the name of Josh Doll, "Drunk With Power" was
done by myself and so on...It can be anyone really, we don't care much about who, was long
as it looks cool. Our mascot: Undead Pisshead as to be featured on every album cover... that
was something we decided after the release of R.F.O 2007. It became our trade mark. An
inspiration taken from Maiden's Eddy to be more precise.

9-When your new album will be released ?

The new album is scheduled to be out at the end of FEB 2012 but this may change.
Sometimes things just take a bit longer due to lots of different reasons like: labels, printing
plants, artists, layout designers, etc... I'm hoping it will all be as I've planed it. The album will
be titled "Bursting Into Decadence" and I'm really fucking happy with what I've got so far. It's a
lot heavier, the vocals have more balls, and overall it's a far more thrashier album. You will
still hear some crossover influences of course, but not as much as in previous albums. I really
don't know if the fans are gonna like it or not, but to me it's just the next step for Adrenicide.
Musically it's all the same but the vocals are very different, more aggressive, with a touch of
early 80's German thrash. I think it won't disappoint. For updated news check our website:

10-What are your beer brands ?

I like Carlsberg and Fosters, but Sagres from Portugal as to be my first fuckin' choice.

11-Can you name any metal bands from southamerica ?

Commando, The Force, Strike Master, Eternal Nightmare, Disaster, Betrayer... all great
fucking bands i greatly admire. These are the ones that come to my mind at the moment, but
there a few others.

12-I hope someday you can play in Peru ,there's a lot of thrash maniacs.

We been wanting to play in South America for a long time, but unfortunately it's not just up
to us, it's the promoters who make those decisions. We haven't got anyone offering something
we could find acceptable just yet. So until such offer comes along we won't be able play for
our fans there (which I've heard are quite a lot). Maybe in the future who knows. We are
well up for it, if you know any promoters get them in touch with us.

13- Thanks a lot for the interview Nuno ,i wish the best for your band ,any last words to the

Brzmi jak: bestia o ciele DRI i głowie ST

Dekada historii wystarcza, by nazwać Angoli z Adrenicide weteranami nowej fali thrashu. To
już ich szósta płyta, nie licząc różnistch EPek i splitów. Szybko wypracowali własny styl,
oparty o kojarzące się z The Exploited łupanki, bez szczególnie zapamiętywalnych riffów. Co
trzyma więc ich utwory w kupie i jest ich wyróżnikiem? Wokal! Na zmianę wypluwający
szybko słowa niczym Kurt Brecht i zawodzący wysoko jak Mike Muir. Do tego sporo całkiem
udanych solówek, teksty typowe dla gatunku i oto kolejny krążek, przy którym nie można się
nudzić. Brzmienie trochę płaskie, cierpią na tym zwłaszcza gitary. Nic to, następne ich

It's a shame that some people just don't give a fuck about the fact that bands need to make
a living. With free downloading spiralling out of control bands can't hardly live of the music
these days. It doesn't take that much for anyone to realise that is wrong, and more so if you
call yourself a metal fan...

I know that many other bands feel the same as i do but they don't have the fuckin' balls to
say it, however i don't give much a fuck about what anyone thinks of me. I say it cos it's
fuckin' wrong. Downloading albums for free is already wrong as it is, but what i saw today
was even more piss taking than downloading our or anyone else's shit. Today i came
across this website (in Russia or so it looks like) that is selling our t-shirts without ever
asking if that was OK with us. The dude just printed them and is selling them as if he had
all the copyright rights to do so.

I happen to have a dear friend who is a great copyright lawyer and i will have her shutting
down the website, just 'cos those cunts didn't have the decency to even ask me if that was
OK. I mean, i could have come to an agreement with these dudes, company, group, whatever,
but they never got in touch with me or the band. All i ask all Adrenicide fans is: "please, don't
buy any merchandise from no one but us or funeralmoonclothing, who are authorised to do
so". If you do that, you will be fucking us and preventing us from keep moving forward as a
band.

Coke Finlay To Guest On New Album!

Coke Finlay from 80's thrash band Virus will be guesting vocals on Adrenicide's new album.
There will be another bunch of amazing guests to appear on the album but i don't wanna
give anything away just now 'til I'm 100% sure this will happen.

I'll be posting the names of all the other guests as soon as i have confirmation. I'm very
excited about this, i grew up listening to this guys and to be able to do a song together with
them is an amazing feeling to say the least. I been chatting with Coke on Facebook and he
is very excited about it to. So stay tuned for more news!

Danilo Trbojevic Singing On New Album

Some of you probably have read one of the last messages I've posted on Adrenicide's facebook
page about a collaboration we are doing with Nadimac singer Danilo Trbojevic. This is of
course something I had in mind even before the writting of the new album begun, before I even
moved to Germany and indeed even before I knew I was gonna move here, I had already
planned to do just that. Not with Danilo in particular (as that hadn't come up yet as an option)
but with Scott Clayton from Bludvera among others. All that unfortunately had to be scrapped
when the oportunity to move to Germany came up. So having Danilo singing on your new
album should come as no surprise. It all may sound like a pretty easy thing to do right?
Wrong! When you're trying to record an album with a dude that lives a thousand fuckin' miles
away, it soon becomes obvious that things may not be so easy to acomplish. And even more
so when i can't be there to supervise every step of the recording process which is something
that's never happen before. Nevertheless if the conditions are right and with a bit of trust in the
dude's talent, it's all pretty much doable.

I've been a fan of Danilo's vocal style and Nadimac for a few years now, so as you can imagine
having him doing vocals on an Adrenicide album seems a pretty obvious choice. Over the past
months we've both been chatting on facebook about the possibility of this happening, he'd
always shown the wish to record with Adrenicide not just as a singer but as a fan of the band.
As I said before it's not all that easy. First there's the money factor, then there's the fact that I
like to supervise all recording process of anything that as to do with Adrenicide, and third is the
distance between us. I can record everything at home, free of charge in my own studio (that's
why I first chose musicians that lived relatively near by and could come around.) While having
someone record the vocals elsewhere, will cost... Luckily Danilo happens to have a friend that
owns a recording studio back in Serbia where he currently lives, and that's how this whole
thing came about. The main important thing is of course his vocal skills. But i can't deny that
a studio at hand made it all much easier for things to happen and go forward.

At this early stage I'm planing to have him record three songs only, as we both decided to see
how things go. I still don't know how it will all sound but good is the minimum I expect of such
an amazing singer. If you listen to Nadimac you will have a pretty rough idea of how raging the
vocals are gonna sound. I'm sure it will be the perfect fit to Adrenicide's music. Hoping that
this time around things will go down as planned, without any unseen circumstances as it
happened so in the past.

Illegal Downloading

Megaupload was apparently shut down by the FBI, or so it has been said on the news. I
couldn't care less about those fuckin' rip offs that help fuck musicians everyday and force
many great bands to call it quits, 'cos they can't survive of the very own music they create. I
to download shit from time to time when i can't find or buy a certain album, but as soon as i
have the money or when i eventually find them, i buy the original CD (also Vinyls, which i like
to collect). Any one of you that thinks that this whole thing is unfair, think of how would you
feel if you worked all fuckin' day long and at the end of it, you wouldn't get fuckin' paid...How
would you really feel about it? Not so fuckin' good, would you? Well that's exactly what's
happening to great musicians and many, many bands around the world, they don't make any
money, so they can't carry on.

And if you were real metalers/headbangers (and I'd like to think that most of you all are) you
would support your favourite bands by buying their shit, or you won't have any bands to go
see, and no albums to listen to. It's OK when a band gives permition to free downloading, but
that's not the case for most of the times. I've seen some sites selling Adrenicide's music,
making money and we never get to see a Penny of it. Ever. That's fucked up dudes. If i
wanna give my music away, i will.

If you go to our website under: "Downloads" there's some shit there for free. That's of course
done with our permission, not some fuckin' cock sucker doin' it without us knowing. Bands
don't do albums for free, they pay for it, and that ain't cheap i can't tell you that. There's the
studio time, artwork, the layout, printing, the distribution etc, etc...all very expensive. Look for
your favourite bands official websites and see what they are offering, take nothing else. So
think about all this what you want, but i think that sites like Megaupload should be all
fuckin' shut down. Fuck 'Em All!!!
